This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "User") and Storm SS ("Licensor"), governing the use of StormSS software (the "Software"). By downloading, installing, using, or otherwise accessing the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you are accessing the Software on behalf of a company, organization, or another entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Additionally, by using the Software, you also agree to adhere to the general Terms of Service of Storm Development, which govern your use of the entire suite of products and services provided by Storm Development.
Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Software solely for the purpose of detecting and preventing cheats, hacks, or unauthorized modifications in online games and other software applications. This license is strictly for personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any other purpose, including but not limited to redistribution, reverse engineering, or modification of the Software.
For organizations, businesses, or enterprises wishing to use the Software for commercial purposes, an enterprise license may be available. An enterprise license grants the User the right to use the Software in a commercial setting, such as within a business or as part of a commercial service offering. This license is distinct from the personal license and requires purchasing from the Licensor. Any commercial use of the Software without an enterprise license is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the license.
a. The User may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software in any way.
b. The User may not use the Software for any unlawful or malicious activities, including but not limited to cheating in online games, distributing cheats, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
c. The User may not misuse the Software’s API or other interfaces in any way, including using them for unauthorized access or altering the behavior of the Software.
d. The User may not share, lend, or transfer their account or access credentials to any other person, or allow others to use their account without explicit permission from the Licensor.
e. The User may not misuse or exploit any support services provided by Storm Development, including but not limited to submitting false claims, spamming, or engaging in abusive behavior toward support staff.
f. The User may not impersonate any other user, person, or entity, or falsely represent their affiliation with Storm Development or any affiliated organizations.
g. The User may not sell, trade, or transfer their account, access rights, or any related materials in any manner not expressly authorized by Storm Development.
The Software may collect and transmit certain data related to its operation and the User's system. Licensor will handle this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Software, the User agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Licensor reserves the right to terminate access to the Software at any time if the User breaches any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease using the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

After starting a "Scan," the app may leave or create certain traces on your device. These traces could include temporary files, logs, or other data that are created during the scanning
process to help with the detection of cheats, unauthorized modifications, or system errors. These traces are typically used for operational purposes, such as improving performance,
troubleshooting issues, or assisting in the proper functioning of the Software.
While these traces are generally harmless and are designed to be automatically deleted or cleaned up after the scan completes, they may remain on the device for a period of time.
In certain situations, such as if the Software encounters errors or crashes during the scanning process, some traces may not be deleted immediately.
The Software does not intentionally leave behind personal information or any data that could be used to identify the User. However, Users are encouraged to review their devices
periodically to ensure that no unwanted or unnecessary files remain. The Licensor is not responsible for any data or traces that may persist after the scanning process, although
efforts are made to minimize any residual traces left on the device.
* By installing or using Storm SS, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to adhere to the general Terms of Service of Storm Development.
